Job Description

It's an exciting time in Experian Consumer Services, as we look to deliver the next generation of innovations across our web and app products. We're creating impactful and intuitive customer experiences for millions of users to help them better manage their finances.

We are looking for a Product Owner to join one of our growing teams in Nottingham. You will help us build exciting journeys and features for our customers, whilst also helping us keep this as a great place to work. We hope you might be the one!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Product Team to create the feature roadmap
  • Work with development teams to deliver the product vision across web and app.
  • Find creative ways to deliver iterative user value, aligned to our strategic goals
  • Lead the team in the refinement of new work; create solutions to our users' problems
  • Prioritise the sprint backlog, balancing the demands of the business, user experience and tech
  • Work with our Product Designer to create great user experience

Qualifications
  • Experience in Product Management, Product Owner or Business Analyst role
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital products
  • Understanding of design ideation process
  • Able to refine high-level features into deliverable user stories
  • Excellent track record in collaborative working with technology teams
  • Advantageous to have experience with consumer financial services experience or have delivered customer facing user experiences through mobile apps
