Job Title: Senior HR Consultant

Work Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (partial remote)

Description:

• Make a comprehensive assessment of the employer's HR policies and procedures
• Provide recommendations on improving any policies and procedures that may be insufficient
• Provide recommendations on adding any additional policies and procedures that may be needed
• Conduct training for the HR team on administering the HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training on any new HR policies
• Provide guidance on handling personnel management issues
• Complete ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years in HR Management roles
• Experience writing policies and procedures relating to performance management and employee conduct
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Bachelors Degree preferred
