Job Overview: As an eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels across various platforms and operations. You will ensure timely replenishment, coordinate with suppliers, and handle inventory needs for tradeshows and dropshipping operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Order and maintain inventory levels for our website, Amazon storefront, and authorized Amazon sellers.
  • Handle inventory needs for tradeshows and dropshipping operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate replenishment to meet demand and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and work closely with our Decorah warehouse and Webster facility to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Manage and order inventory and fulfillment processes using Amazon Seller Central, NetSuite, and Shiphero.
  • Regularly update and maintain bullet points, descriptions, and imagery for product listings.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to source and incorporate high-quality images.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, NetSuite, and Shiphero.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and suppliers.
  • Experience with content management for product listings is a plus.
