Job Summary

Clearwater Solutions is seeking a full-time marketing and communications team member to work with the Director of Marketing, and company executives, on daily marketing and communication responsibilities.  This position will deliver internal and external communications, ensure brand consistency, and provide marketing assistance companywide.   The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and time management skills as this position is fast-paced with hard deadlines.  He/She will work remotely and should be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision, will be attentive to details, and will understand the importance of providing assistance with a good attitude. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists with the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients
  • Coordinates regular social media posts on the company’s accounts
  • Monitors social media outlets and online websites for CWS mentions
  • Photographs company facilities and team members for marketing use
  • Provides graphic design assistance as necessary
  • Researches topics and writes articles for the company’s weekly newsletter and blogs
  • Coordinates the production of printed materials, posters, vehicle decals, etc.
  • Assists company leaders with various tasks – editing letters, creating special documents, sending flowers or gifts, setting up conference calls, sending emails, etc.
  • Performs general office duties such as answering the phone, shipping packages, running errands, ordering office supplies
  • Performs any other task as required by Director of Marketing or any company leader

Job Requirements

  • Holds a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Possesses strong business writing and editing skills
  • Has significant social media experience
  • Has strong working experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
  • Possesses skills in photography and videography and related editing programs
  • Capable of working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Holds valid Driver’s License, available to travel as needed
