To join our team as a Program Manager. This leader will direct all aspects of a Commercial and Industrial Program that is strategic and has high complexity and risk. This person will be in close coordination with the client, program staff, and subject-matter experts in the organization, you'll ensure high-quality deliverables today while planning and creating the program of the future.

Successful candidates will reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana or be willing to travel as business needs arise.

Manage one or several concurrent contracts $5m annual revenue
Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of the program.
Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) typically consisting of 7-15 people
Programs may have significant complexity and risk (new client, new product, etc.)
Evaluates performance and makes recommendations on marketing actions
Analyzes problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options
May create technical content & intellectual property
Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
Coordinates the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract
Responsible for forecasting and managing program budget
