Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as Systems Administrator, Solid knowledge of document management systems, Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Medical device experience with FDA QSR or ISO 13485 is a plus, Experience in system troubleshooting and user training.
Key responsabilities:
- Administer documentation management system for QMS
- Resolve document management errors in PLM system
- Work with end users to identify system issues
- Support movement of documentation from other systems
- Assist in data migration process and error resolution
