POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior Web Specialist, you will play a critical role on our Web Operations team, leveraging your senior-level expertise in web design and front-end development. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with both our US and Asian teams to deliver top-tier, on-brand websites and digital assets that meet our partners' needs. This role demands a strong proficiency in web tools such as Figma, WordPress, Elementor, and Beaver Builder, and an ability to manage projects efficiently from design concept through final implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and Development Support: Assist with all aspects of web projects, from onboarding to launch, ensuring seamless execution and delivery

Web Requests and Updates: Complete web requests and updates as directed by partners, ensuring accurate QA and timely implementation.

Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance on websites in development, ensuring that the design and layout adhere to the Figma design files.

Revision Management: Submit detailed revision requests to the third-party Asian team, providing clear instructions for necessary changes. Accurately QA and finalize revisions in a timely manner to meet project timeline.

Development Handoff: Create comprehensive dev handoff spreadsheets to communicate site structure, menu items, links, and other essential details to the Asian team.

Landing Page Creation: Develop and design landing pages using CRM page builders to support marketing and partner initiatives.

Form Setup: Set up and configure website forms within CRM (HighLevel) software to ensure proper functionality and integration.

Project Management: Update ClickUp project management software with the latest changes and project updates to maintain clear and organized tracking.

Team Support: Assist the Creative Support Specialist and Partner Success team with any partner requests related to website updates and improvements.

  • Error-Free Launches: Identified issues are resolved before the site goes live, minimizing post-launch corrections.

Revision Management:

  • Clear Communication: Revisions are submitted with precise, actionable instructions that lead to effective and timely adjustments by the Asian team.
  • Reduced Rework: Clear instructions result in fewer rounds of revisions and faster turnaround times.

Development Handoff:

  • Comprehensive Documentation: Dev handoff spreadsheets are complete and clear, facilitating smooth transitions and understanding for the Asian team.
  • Effective Communication: The site structure and elements are accurately communicated, reducing misunderstandings and errors.

Landing Page Creation:

  • Effective Campaigns: Landing pages created in the CRM page builder are visually appealing and optimized for conversions, supporting successful marketing efforts.
  • On-Brand Design: Pages adhere to brand guidelines and contribute positively to partner engagement.

Form Setup:

  • Functional Forms: Website forms set up in CRM software are fully functional, properly integrated, and meet user requirements.
  • Efficient Data Collection: Forms effectively capture and manage data, supporting smooth operational processes.

Project Management:

  • Up-to-Date Tracking: ClickUp project management software is consistently updated with accurate changes and progress, ensuring clear project status.
  • Organized Workflow: Changes and updates are documented in a manner that supports efficient project management and communication.

Team Support:

  • Responsive Assistance: The Creative Support Specialist and Partner Success team receive timely and effective support for any partner requests related to website updates.
  • Enhanced Collaboration: Requests from partners are handled promptly, contributing to improved overall partner satisfaction and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

    Experience:

    • Proven experience as a senior-level web designer and front-end developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful web projects.
    • Experience working with both domestic and international teams is preferred.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in web design tools and platforms including Figma, WordPress, Elementor, and Beaver Builder.
    • Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience with CRM page builders and form setup.
    • Familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp.

    Design and Development Expertise:

    • Deep knowledge of web design principles, including responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and current design trends.
    • Ability to review and ensure that development work matches design specifications accurately.
    • Skilled in creating and implementing landing pages and digital assets for web and print.

    Project Management:

    • Experience managing web projects from onboarding through to launch, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Ability to create detailed project documentation, including dev handoff spreadsheets and design briefs.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to third-party teams and partners.
    • Strong collaborative skills with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Problem-Solving and Adaptability:

    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    COMPENSATION

    • $65,000- $75,000 (depending on experience)
