What You’ll Do

  • Guide Borrowers: Help clients choose the right loan program and gather necessary documents like pay stubs and tax returns.
  • Process Loans: Manage the loan process from application through closing, collaborating with appraisers, title officers, and other key players.
  • Generate Business: Bring in new loans through self-generated efforts, referrals, and campaigns.
  • Assist Clients: Provide exceptional customer service, answer calls, and address inquiries.
  • Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed sales and production targets while maintaining a well-organized workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • NMLS License: Required to perform the role.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a loan originator.
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, and financial analysis skills.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, ethical, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
