Responsibilities

• Hold a valid real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one. Please let us know if you're currently enrolled in a licensing course!
• Complete PLACE Launch training upon hire, designed to get you up and running in real estate quickly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
• Engage in weekly script practice following team standards.
• Participate in team activities as outlined by team standards.
• Host two open houses per month.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls.
