Your missions

Description

We are a leading Multi-Family Investment Real Estate Management company seeking a Senior Tax Strategist to join our finance division remotely. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in public accounting, especially in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in client projects, delivering comprehensive tax services for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies, conducting thorough tax research as needed.
  • Prepare and review various tax returns (corporate, partnership, estates, trusts, individuals) and manage related filings and extensions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with our valued clients.
  • Address and resolve tax inquiries and notices from the IRS and other authorities.

Requirements

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master of Taxation preferred.
  • CPA or CPA candidate status preferred, with eligibility to sit for the CPA exam if not certified.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, particularly within public accounting.
  • Previous exposure to real estate tax and accounting practices is advantageous.
