Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer - Client Engagement & Financial Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients and convert inbound and outbound leads into mortgage applications.
• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend the best loan products and rate programs.
• Originate, negotiate, and process residential mortgage loans, ensuring a smooth experience for applicants.
• Provide expert advice to loan applicants and guide them through the entire loan process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient loan processing and closing.
• Answer queries from clients and real estate professionals, and distribute information about loan products and services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and loan files.
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and negotiating loans in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with loan processing guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA standards.
• Solid understanding of loan practices, real estate terms, and the mortgage market.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
