Job Overview:

As an Italian Customer Support Advisor, you will be the frontline representative for our Italian-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve their issues, and ensure they have a positive experience with our company. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to the relevant team if needed.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.
  • Update customer records and document interactions in our system.

Qualifications:
  • Native or fluent in Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with calmness and empathy.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work some weekends if necessary.
  • Currently residing in Portugal and authorized to work in the country.
