Job description

  • Be a member of a media company based in New Zealand, collaborating with Filipino and multinational staff from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • HMO for you and your dependent within the first month.
  • 40.000 PHP to 60.000 PHP per month.
 

Work Conditions

  • The offer is inclusive of Internet allowance. 
  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday. 
  • Required to work during PH holidays.

About the Role

The HubSpot CRM Specialist will report to the CRM Business Analyst and is responsible for the technical implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the HubSpot platform. The role focuses on automating workflows, managing data integrity, and aligning the CRM system with the specific business needs of sales, marketing, and service teams. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows for lead management, sales pipelines, and service ticketing to streamline business processes.
  • Configure HubSpot’s custom objects and features, integrate with other platforms, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM improvements and implement innovative solutions based on HubSpot’s latest features.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across the platform and enforce CRM best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to align CRM configurations with business strategies, and provide training and support to end-users.


Experience & Software

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, focusing on technical configuration, workflow automation, and pipeline management.
  • Experience in media publishing or media agency industries is a strong plus.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, Service Hub Software) are highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Content Hub, particularly in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex workflow automations that enhance business operations.
  • Experience managing data integrity, configuring custom objects, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
