Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM EST (same as Colombia time) ( 10 PM - 7AM Manila Time) Monday to Friday

Client Overview

Our clinicians provide personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve long-lasting mental wellness. Now, we are looking for a Spanish speaking scheduling expert to join our growing team! You will be at the forefront of our mission to expand access to mental healthcare across communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual Communication: 
    • Engage with Spanish-speaking patients via phone to schedule clinical session appointments.
    • Conduct clear and effective communication in both Spanish and English to ensure a smooth scheduling process.
  • Calendar Management:
    • Update and manage calendars for clinicians, ensuring accurate blocking of timeslots for scheduled appointments.
    • Coordinate with team members to optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Software Utilization:
    • Utilize company-provided software to access and review patient information.
    • Check clinician availability within the software to facilitate appointment scheduling.
  • Organizational Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
    • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.


Requirements

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken) to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.
  • Communication Skills: Possess a warm and friendly phone manner to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Detail Orientation: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and maintaining patient records.
  • Time Management: Exhibit good time management skills to prioritize tasks and appointments efficiently.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email communication, calendar management, and internet navigation.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
