Program Delivery Manager - Agile Teams / Azure Platform with Nv2

Job Description:

We are looking for a Program Delivery Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and the Azure platform to lead our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of cloud-based solutions, ensuring successful implementation and integration within Agile teams while maximizing the capabilities of Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile teams in the design, development, and deployment of solutions on the Azure platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria related to Azure initiatives.
  
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely delivery of project milestones.
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  
• Ensure best practices in cloud architecture, security, and governance are integrated into the project lifecycle.
  
• Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  
• Promote effective communication and collaboration between development, operations, and business teams to ensure project success.
  
• Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption of Azure solutions and practices.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
  
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
  
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.
