BILLING AND COLLECTIONS SUPERVISOR

Deep Sentinel is producing a security system powered by deep learning that can evaluate threats on a property. The system is designed to consume video streams and other contextual information to analyze threats facing a home. About the Role:

Reporting to the Controller, Deep Sentinel is looking for a Billing and Collections Supervisor to join the team. In this role you will own and manage the subscription management, billing, and collections of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Management of Customer Service & Collections Representative team, including reviews and HR policy adherence.
Provide weekly collection updates to the Controller
Collect on past due customer balances via email/phone
Monitor outstanding account balances; determine next steps in the collection process
Record accurate and detailed notes regarding collection efforts on past due accounts
Track, research and resolve discrepancies/disputes with client accounts
Provide invoice copies, credit memos and/or statements as needed
Manage and train team members; share knowledge freely
Assist Controller as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree; College graduate of any 4-year course
At least 5 years billing & collections experience with a background in customer service
At least 1-2 years team management experience
Prior experience with Shopify, Chargebee, and Hubspot (or similar CRM) is a plus
Experience managing large volume of transactions/subscriptions is an advantage
Results-oriented and data-driven personality
Experience working with technology organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical billing and collections concepts clearly and concisely
Familiarity with US culture
Hands-on and ownership attitude

Work Arrangement:

Primarily work from home, hybrid set up for townhalls and company events
Follows US time zone
Earn as much as Php 78,000 monthly gross salary
