SAP Lead - O2C Pre-PGI

POSITION SUMMARY

The SAP Systems Lead plays a n important role in managing the SAP O2C Pre-Delivery process within the Order to Cash (O2C) team at Zoetis. As one of the key members of the ERP projects Delivery Team, they serve as both an internal consultant and a design architect for SAP global solutions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with peers in the ZTD organization and business representatives to understand business processes and design solutions that utilize the capabilities of SAP modules effectively. The role involves developing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solution enhancements aimed at improving stability, usability, and functionality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to configure document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy controls, Intercompany process, pricing conditions, access sequence, tables, output determination, partner determination & GATP.
• Ability to prototype, test and implement O2C functionalities and integration with MM/FICO/PP/Vistex/Salesforce, Hybris / Third-party SAP modules.
• Deliver local statutory requirements for international markets.
• Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates.
• Perform thorough analysis to identify all potential impacts for change requests.
• Work with Business counterparts to ensure audit, SOX, and other compliance requirements.
• Occasionally support AMS team in high priority issues and come up with solutions.
• Coordinate O2C workstream during project execution.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

• Work as one of O2C Leads in ERP projects Delivery Team.
• Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.
• Work with peers in the ZTD organization and business representatives to determine business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of the SAP modules.
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
• Responsible for EMEA, APAC regions and report to Sr Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-7+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations
• Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
• Experience in SAP HANA/Vistex Modules/CRM/Hybris/Salesforce is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations.
• Hands on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.
• Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.

• Timely decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support multiple markets, Example: EMEA and APAC projects.
