Join our dynamic Technology team within the Oracle consulting practice, where you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions as part of business transformations. The focus is on helping clients define integration and conversion strategies while designing system extensions tailored to their unique business needs.

As part of a collaborative environment, you will build, test, and deploy interfaces, reports, and conversions throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll leverage the Oracle technology suite to drive impactful outcomes for clients and integrate emerging technologies with the Oracle ecosystem for forward-thinking solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology strategies for clients, including Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Lead a team of onshore and offshore technical professionals to coordinate development activities.
• Utilize tools and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams while embracing opportunities for professional growth.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Skills & Expertise:
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP applications, Oracle Fusion Architecture, development tools, and technology stacks.
• Experience in extending Oracle Fusion capabilities and integrating with other cloud or on-premise applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle OCI PaaS services like Oracle Integration Cloud, Process Cloud, and Visual Builder is a plus.
• Proficiency in serverless technologies, microservices-based architecture, and multi-cloud integration is preferred.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt to changing environments.

• Competitive salary: \(84,000 - \)202,000 (dependent on experience, location, and qualifications).
