Senior Solutions Architect - Blockchain Intelligence

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients achieve their goals with our platform by providing technical guidance, managing the pre- and post-sales process, proposing effective business processes and technical solutions, and supporting clients through integration and success.

Your success will be measured by the positive outcomes our clients experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete delivery of our solutions, from understanding client needs and designing business processes to customizing the platform, driving API integration, and conducting testing and training.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and clients to gather and document requirements.
• Present our APIs to clients, explaining implementation requirements and timelines.
• Create essential resources for successful API integration, including API documentation, reference architectures, and sample implementations.
• Manage relationships with technical counterparts and assist with any issues that arise during integration.
• Stay updated on the latest product features, dependencies, and architecture to align our solutions with client requirements.
• Assess and integrate client needs and feedback during implementation to inform our product roadmap.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in a pre- and post-sales role, such as a sales engineer, solutions engineer/architect, customer success engineer, or consultant.
• Strong empathy and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, build value with end users, and drive solutions to completion.
• Experience with API-based SaaS products, including implementation, testing, and customization. A solid understanding of APIs, databases, and developer tools is essential.
• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS, data analytics, payments, and/or ML/AI technologies.
• Ability to structure problems effectively and prioritize critical issues.
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Preferred experience in backend web development.
• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance and be located within the Washington DC Metro area.
