Description

Are you passionate about identity management and eager to help clients navigate their complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments? In this role, you'll provide valuable insights, assess and improve IAM infrastructure, and help build processes and policies to meet our clients' needs. This position is remote, offering flexibility with a Home Office setup.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert in Identity Management, delivering technology solutions and services to meet client needs.
  • Identify and understand customer requirements through discovery and engagement, recommending suitable solutions.
  • Support competitive sales efforts by assisting in project scope development and solution sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to qualify opportunities, close deals, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead consulting projects, creating and executing deliverables to meet client expectations and project obligations.
  • Provide expertise on IAM capabilities, including Access Management, Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Multifactor/Single Sign-On.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, emerging industry trends, and advancements within the IAM field.
  • Develop strategies aligned with industry directions and client needs, presenting solutions to leadership.
  • Ensure high-quality client services by delivering work products on time and within budget.
  • Maintain regular updates with clients to ensure alignment with project scope and schedules.
  • Mentor and guide other consultants within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience in designing and implementing complex Identity Management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of security services and experience delivering complex solutions successfully.
  • Experience in providing consultative guidance, scoping projects, and deploying enterprise platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of security industry and IAM solutions, with the ability to address customer risk and solve key use cases.
  • Demonstrated passion for identity technology solutions and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex problems to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Ability to lead meetings, present subject matter effectively, and support competitive selling motions.

Preferred Skills And Certifications

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or GIAC (GSEC).
  • Vendor-specific certifications from providers like Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Auth0, Sailpoint, Saviynt, Omada, CyberArk, Thycotic, or Centrify.

Unique Requirements

  • Willingness to travel to partner sites, customer sites, conferences, and other locations up to 25% annually.

Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is \(110,000 - \)145,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and flexible spending.
