Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring data-driven ideas to life.
  • Provide insights that will directly influence the product roadmap and user experience.
  • Continuously learn and explore new ways to leverage data.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a quantitative role (analyst, data scientist, etc.).
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, economics, computer science).
  • Proficient in SQL, able to query large datasets efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and tackling ambiguous problems.
  • Strong communication skills, making data understandable to various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation techniques.
  • A natural storyteller, passionate about using data to create a clear narrative.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and building strong relationships with team members.
