Description

In this role, you will be the primary contact for all employee relations matters, ensuring that team members feel valued and supported. You will navigate complex issues, devise effective strategies, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies for an exceptional workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate a robust labor relations strategy.
  • Gain expertise in employee relations laws and regulations.
  • Investigate sensitive issues with diplomacy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise action plans that improve employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Educate and train team members on company policies and their rights.
  • Proactively prevent issues by anticipating potential challenges.

Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of experience in employee relations or a comparable HR role.
  • Proven ability to lead complex investigations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities combined with strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis for sound decision-making.
  • Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a unionized workforce.
  • HR certification (SHRM or HRCI).
