About The Role

In this role, you will design and implement a comprehensive digital commerce strategy. You will collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Operations to drive growth, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue. This position requires a strategic thinker with a thorough understanding of eCommerce and digital platforms, ensuring our products are brought to market in a seamless, self-service manner.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and manage a comprehensive digital commerce strategy, including product launches, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead the digital launch of our products across various online platforms for a smooth customer experience.
  • Evaluate and optimize digital commerce channels, including our website, third-party marketplaces, and mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital commerce activities with broader company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze digital commerce performance, making strategic adjustments based on data-driven insights.
  • Enhance the online customer experience by incorporating user feedback and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of data security.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through innovative digital strategies.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on digital commerce best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, or similar areas with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and online customer experience management; experience with BigCommerce or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions; familiarity with Sigma or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and data security standards in digital commerce.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
