Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and managing functional programs and applications. In this role, you will design, code, and maintain fully functional software applications that align with organizational requirements. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home.

Requirements

  • Must have a Mac computer and be fluent in using Apple software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, passionate about delivering on-time results that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Align Sales and Marketing efforts to optimize the sales process, focusing on lead generation, distribution, and management.
  • Provide accurate reports on key performance indicators and actionable insights to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both laterally and with leadership.
  • Utilize creative and analytical problem-solving skills to tackle challenges.
  • Gather information from various sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate high-level requirements into actionable steps.
  • Assess the impact of new Salesforce requirements on other applications, systems, and processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification is required.
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Admin (ADM211) certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing new processes with a focus on user adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including building custom apps, objects, workflows, and formula fields.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Excellent data management and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex requirements at all organizational levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude.

Salary
