Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and strategic leader to manage key sales and marketing processes, enhance our customer journey, and optimize the effectiveness of our offerings in a dynamic, multi-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new tools, processes, and enhancements, providing technical training and support to sales and marketing teams across North America.
  • Lead quarterly sales planning processes, meetings, and strategy discussions to drive company goals.
  • Create comprehensive launch programs and content for both internal teams and retail partners.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the customer journey across various sales channels.
  • Develop guidelines to ensure alignment with overall strategy and sales volume objectives.
  • Manage collaborative projects with internal teams regarding product closeouts, discontinued items, and evergreen strategies.
  • Track and optimize budget spending, ensuring consistent forecasting and availability of funds.
  • Oversee provider relationships, contracts, and trainings.
  • Drive performance optimization in merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze program effectiveness, making recommendations to improve profitability and sales volume.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering analysis and recommendations to retailers and leadership teams.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or departments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, Tableau, and SmartSheet is a plus.
  • Expertise in spreadsheet and database applications (Excel, Word, Business Objects) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).
  • This position is hybrid, with regular onsite work required at our Redmond, WA office.

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of \(137,000 - \)246,500 annually.
  • Semi-annual discretionary performance bonus opportunities.
