Your missions

Description

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Professional to join a well-established global leader in technical, financial, and advisory consulting services. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic growth and managing accounts across various sectors, with a focus on securing consulting, litigation support, and expert witness business. Based in the United States near a major airport, this position will involve close collaboration with our Business Development Team and Subject Matter Experts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and cultivate new business opportunities across practice groups.
  • Develop deep insights into assigned accounts, working closely with area and regional leaders.
  • Conduct quarterly regional meetings with key stakeholders to strategize Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Create comprehensive account plans and opportunity maps to maximize revenue potential.
  • Meet or exceed quantitative goals for overall account growth and diversification.
  • Introduce our experts to decision makers within client organizations.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and ABM teams to identify and execute growth strategies.
  • Represent our brand and uphold our culture at industry conferences, events, and educational seminars.
  • Serve as a trusted internal liaison to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Residency in the Dallas or Houston area.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in professional sales of expert consulting services.
  • Background in the Legal or Insurance industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proven track record in strategic development, management, and business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and across business functions in a remote office setting.
  • Experience in both inside and outside sales environments.
  • Comfortable with video conferencing and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
  • Integrity, honesty, persuasiveness, initiative, diligence, resourcefulness, collaboration, and agility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Risk & Advisory, Technical Services, Financial Investigation services.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Salary Range

A competitive salary range of \(100k - \)140k, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
