  • Build Strong Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to your assigned leads and accounts, exceeding their expectations and maximizing the impact of our programs.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and develop new sales opportunities, prospect potential clients, and create strategic solutions to meet their needs.
  • Be a Promotional Product Expert: Research products, craft compelling proposals, and provide both virtual and physical samples to clients.
  • Streamline Workflows: Utilize our company store platform, manage quotes and orders through Salesforce, and collaborate seamlessly with our internal team.
  • Champion Our Clients: Maintain clear communication throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through to order fulfillment.
  • Immerse Yourself in the Industry: Participate in presentations, meetings, and potentially attend industry trade shows to stay engaged with the latest trends.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of promotional product sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Is a Master Prospector: Skilled at identifying and developing new business opportunities both within existing leads and in the broader market.
  • Understands What It Takes to Succeed: Demonstrates initiative and creates opportunities through diligent effort.
  • Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: Excels at managing multiple priorities and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Communicates Effectively: Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and excels at building strong relationships.
  • Is Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems (bonus points for experience with CommonSKU and Salesforce), with strong typing skills.
  • Enjoys Problem-Solving: Approaches challenges with a positive attitude and creative solutions.
