  • Understand the needs of law enforcement and NGO partners, guiding product development, data strategy, and research initiatives.
  • Share insights organization-wide about how law enforcement and NGOs contribute to our mission and our progress towards goals.
  • Represent our organization at conferences, workshops, and forums, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support sustainability efforts to ensure lasting impact.
  • Play a key role in securing funding opportunities and collaborating with the development and business teams on contract renewals.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach team members, setting clear goals and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams with strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business strategy and execution, managing large-scale transformation initiatives, and leveraging strategic partnerships effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.
  • Ability to navigate between strategic vision and operational execution, maintaining focus on both broader objectives and detailed tasks.
  • Experience in project management planning and delivery, with strong analytical skills to identify requirements and innovative solutions.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse teams across geographical boundaries.
