About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, senior management, and other team members.
  • Manage internal support queues by reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to achieve account performance goals, meet client expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software.
  • Assist with onboarding new agents and support the internal audit team.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing support or directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Prepare reports and assist with various administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in title insurance, customer support, or title software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Advanced knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office, title software, and Jira preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
