Key Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE, to create high-quality learning materials.
• Partner with subject matter experts to analyze, design, and develop educational content.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using tools like Storyline 360.
• Integrate adult learning principles into course design to ensure content is accessible and effective.
• Use graphic design and visual design techniques to create visually appealing learning materials.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make improvements as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design and development.
• Proficiency with learning authoring tools like Storyline 360 and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and classroom training methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and subject matter experts.
