Your missions

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Symptoms Quality Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting Veterans by reviewing previously reported symptoms related to their conditions. You will handle a high volume of calls, averaging 30+ per day, and assist clients with questions about examinations. Your guidance will help clients clearly communicate how their disabilities affect their daily lives. After each call, you will provide clients with documentation and notes to ensure they have all the information they need.

This position offers flexible scheduling options: 9 AM - 6 PM EST or 10 AM - 7 PM EST. Please note that the training period (the first 40 days) will occur from 8 AM - 5 PM EST, regardless of your standard shift.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled calls with Veterans.
  • Answer incoming calls and complete unscheduled outbound calls as needed.
  • Reschedule appointments efficiently.
  • Review symptoms reported by Veterans and provide thorough explanations.
  • Follow up with clients via email and send necessary documentation.
  • Document and analyze client symptoms in their records.
  • Communicate clearly about military-related symptoms and their impacts on daily life.
  • Maintain positive performance scores with our Quality Assurance team.

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Hold an active LPN license.
  • Have at least one year of patient care experience.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft applications.
  • Embrace collaborative problem-solving and value diverse perspectives.
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
