Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop: Coach and cultivate a high-performing team to implement business strategies and accelerate growth. Engage with customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Address complex issues relating to customer and employee experiences, while finding innovative ways to simplify banking through digital solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, manage branch resources effectively, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Mentorship: Support the professional development of your team, assist in recruitment, and promote a collaborative environment that encourages growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in banking, financial services, or a related field, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team, focusing on adaptability, collaboration, and performance.
  • Analytical Abilities: Skill in analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and executing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Track record in building relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Knowledgeable: Familiarity with banking laws, regulations, risk management, and professionalism in interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Expectations

  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work a schedule that may include Saturdays.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the assigned region up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months.
  • Certification: SAFE registration is required. The SAFE registration process will be initiated upon starting.

Additional Requirements

  • Must meet Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.
  • Candidates must pass background checks and satisfy ongoing regulatory requirements.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
