Description

Are you ready to support important operations and contribute to meaningful work? We're looking for a motivated and career-focused Executive Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC. If you have a passion for organization and customer service, this role could be a perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of operational and technical support activities to meet specific objectives.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing reports, onboarding new hires, coordinating with subcontractors, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate customer meetings held at our Washington, DC office and manage logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience as an Executive Assistant on a Department of Defense contract.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for about 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally required to move around the office to access files, office equipment, and other resources.
  • Frequent use of a computer, copy machine, and other office tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and customers, including presenting information when needed.
