Description

Are you detail-oriented and skilled in Excel? We're looking for a Wholesale Data Entry Clerk to become part of our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in managing data and has experience in wholesale, auction data, or the automotive industry. After completing your training, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with the exception of monthly team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and consolidate data from various auctions into designated Excel templates.
  • Email auction data to internal teams for processing and posting.
  • Review and cross-check posted data against original auction information to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and complex errors in data postings.
  • Collaborate with the posting team to maintain data accuracy and provide updates or feedback.
  • Keep organized records of auction data, posting results, and any corrections made.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in data handling processes.
  • Support additional tasks and projects related to wholesale data management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry with a keen eye for error-checking.
  • Experience with data management or inventory systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for spotting and resolving discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and managing data emails.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, particularly with complex data issues.
  • Experience in wholesale, auction data, or the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
  • Competency in 10-Key (10,000 KSPH), typing speed of 40 WPM, and attention to detail (95% or higher).
