The Yahoo Measurement team is responsible for overseeing campaign measurement across a suite of 3P and 1P vendors, consulting sales and clients on the benefit of different solutions, and providing insights or recommendations from campaign performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Customer Support to define and execute an adoption and implementation strategy for the Yahoo DSP for your domain. Your role will involve enabling measurement, translating customer feedback, and competitive research to ensure that Yahoo DSP continues to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.
The Commerce Media/RMN - Ad Effectiveness Research Manager will be focused on Yahoo DSP’s Commerce offering which allows both retailers and brand partners to reach and measure audiences using a broad spectrum of media solutions. Leveraging Yahoo DSP, this is a growing opportunity that we are well-positioned to capture with our unique inventory, data, and ad tech for existing and new clients. Our expanded offerings will encompass onsite (web and app) advertising and offsite advertising (social and programmatic).
A deep understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem, future-forward thinking, and being a collaborative team player are keys to success in this role. Experience in Commerce Media is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Onboard and manage the tactical day to day for clients utilizing measurement solutions with Retail Media Networks and CPG Data Providers
Test, troubleshoot, and document new product features efficiently and proactively provide feedback to the appropriate stakeholders
Serve as DSP subject matter expert for Retail Media Networks and In Flight Sales (CPG) measurement opportunities, on internal and external trainings
Identity market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product and feature enhancements.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and post-sales support services at scale through client meetings, technical documentation, and adoption guides for internal teams and external, self serve customers
Actively support sales pitches and manage the technical integration as it relates to advertiser strategic needs including: APIs, DCO/DPA, Clean Room, data feeds, attribution, incrementality testing, etc.
Partner closely with Product and Client teams to understand DSP functionality, strategy roadmap, and provide client feedback and future enhancements
Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery (e.g., simplicity)
Requirements
5+ years in Ad Effectiveness, or Programmatic media strategy for a media company, retail network, or CPG data provider
Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail, project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities
Aptitude for, and interest in mastering new applications and platforms
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to interact with clients, engineers, business analysts
Familiarity with project management and training techniques
Knowledgeable about measurement methods and technologies, along with an understanding of the regulatory and technological landscape (e.g., IDFA, cookieless changes) and their impact on data-driven measurement and effectiveness solutions.
Experienced with SQL, Hive, and AWS for effective data management and retrieval.
Familiar with regression models, propensity scoring, A/B testing, and statistical significance to analyze and interpret data accurately.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
