What We're Looking For

  • Valid Life Insurance License: Already have one or willing to obtain one—support is available to help you get started.
  • Self-Motivated & Disciplined: Be driven and committed to achieving your goals.
  • Coachable & Reliable: Open to feedback and comfortable working in the senior market.
  • Sales Experience: Preferred with at least 1 year, though we are excited to train the right candidate.
  • Michigan Resident: You must reside in Michigan to apply.
  • Tech Requirements: A computer with Windows 10, an i3 processor or better, 8GB RAM, a webcam, USB headset with a microphone, and high-speed internet (no satellite or wireless cellular services).
