Description

Are you passionate about contributing to national security and intelligence missions? We are looking for a dedicated Analyst to join our team of professionals. In this role, you’ll support critical projects that directly impact the nation’s security and intelligence efforts.

You Will Provide Comprehensive Intelligence Support Services, Including

  • Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)
  • All-Source Intelligence Analysis
  • Identity Intelligence (I2)
  • Biometric-related analysis
  • Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis
  • Intelligence Requirements Collection Management
  • Counterintelligence (CI) Support

Your work will aid assigned military units and intelligence staff in achieving their operational goals.

Responsibilities

Human Intelligence Analysis:

  • Create analytic feedback products for HUMINT and operational reports.
  • Develop and maintain all-source analysis products, including network analysis charts and periodic HUMINT roll-up products.
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), provide trend analysis, and support mission risk determination.
  • Conduct research and publish analytical products related to insurgent activities and regional stability.
  • Coordinate with intelligence agencies and provide input to multiple government requirements and objectives.
  • Perform HUMINT analysis related to threat awareness, force protection, mission planning, and counterterrorism.
  • Act as Site Lead, managing other contractors as assigned, and perform ad hoc deliverables within 48 hours of tasking.

Reachback Counterintelligence Analysis Support

  • Support an intelligence analytical team, coordinating co-located contractor Reachback intelligence analysts.
  • Analyze All-source reporting and establish enduring search criteria using reporting tools.
  • Develop actionable products, provide feedback to collectors, and support CI screening and operations.
  • Identify individuals of CI concern, proactively identify insider threats, and generate leads for full-spectrum CI operations.
  • Publish IIR evaluations, provide operational assessments, and conduct local national linguist (LNL) vetting.
  • Positively Identify (PID) and/or de-conflict LN identities, and assess LN threat concerns based on all-source analysis.

What You’ll Need

  • Proficiency in standard computer applications and intelligence-related automation for analytical efforts and product development.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to effectively operate remotely within a team.
  • Excellent briefing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information.
  • Deployed experience in Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, CI/HUMINT, CT, political, and military analysis.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (current or pending).
  • Associate degree or three years of DoD specialized training.
  • At least four years of analytical experience (two years CI/HUMINT intelligence analysis) at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
  • Relevant Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) or equivalent DoD Joint Service specialty codes.
