About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional service to auto insurance customers. This is a fully remote position, with all onboarding and training conducted virtually. We provide top-notch equipment, including a desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset. The starting wage is $20.50 per hour.

This role involves no sales or collections, offers benefits from day one, and presents promotional opportunities within six months, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish fair market values of vehicles to assist insurers in claim settlements.
  • Update vehicle information and determine the availability and pricing of new or used vehicles.
  • Make outbound calls (non-sales related) to automobile dealerships and adjusters.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with dealers and claim adjusters.
  • Conduct supplemental research as requested.
  • Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other metric standards.

Requirements

  • No prior insurance or automotive experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • High school diploma; some college education preferred.
  • Three years of prior customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Quiet and professional home work environment free of distractions.
  • High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem - non-cellular - with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload).
