Your Role

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our resort remains in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with guests to resolve any issues they may encounter.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing basic appliances and air-conditioning controls.
  • Inspecting and maintaining guest rooms and public spaces, including drywall repair, painting, and wall vinyl repairs.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning and component replacement.
  • Implementing scheduled maintenance to keep all equipment and tools functioning accurately.
  • Establishing clear communication with the engineering leadership and assisting other maintenance staff on special projects.
  • Maintaining detailed records in English for logs and inspection sheets.
  • Ensuring every interaction with guests and team members is positive and memorable.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and resort operations.
