Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Join our team to transform lives by connecting people with essential healthcare resources. In this role, you will engage with your community, educate individuals about Medicare, and facilitate access to vital health services.

Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Establish a strong presence in your assigned territory to generate enrollments through home visits, personal appointments, and representation at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, and community events.
  • Education & Outreach: Distribute health education materials, arrange health screenings, and provide one-on-one assistance to help individuals navigate Medicare. Conduct telemarketing and outreach efforts as needed.
  • Enrollment & Support: Identify prospective enrollees, determine eligibility, and facilitate enrollment while explaining covered benefits and services.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Stay informed about regulatory guidelines, provide necessary materials to enrollees, and keep management updated on competitive products and conditions.
  • Professional Development: Attend sales meetings, training programs, and special events to remain current with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience is required, along with previous experience in marketing, sales, or community relations, preferred. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
  • Licenses & Certifications: A State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License and a current state driver’s license are required.

  • Competitive Compensation: Pay range of \(46,500.00 - \)79,200.00 per year, with adjustments based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors.
