Now hiring a EPIC Credentialed Trainer
The Epic ASSOCIATE CREDENTIALED TRAINER is an entry-level role within Epic Credentialed Trainer domain delivering training to end-users for their work in service to patients and partners in a meaningful, efficient manner.
A primary differentiator for this role from Intermediate Credentialed Trainer is the responsibility for gaining initial credentialining status in compliance with the Department�s progression pathway, demonstrating proficiency in training and support delivery.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree required, 3 years experience will be accepted in lieu of degree* 3 years professional experience in Training, Information Technology, or Healthcare operations and/or 1-2 years in EHR deployment
- Progression within the Career Band reflects increasing depth of professional knowledge
Certification/Technical: - Achieve Credentialed Trainer status per Department progression pathway. Teach at least one class in each credentialed application annually.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, e-learning, microlearning, remote training management, classroom in-person management.
- Proficient in both remote and in-person training delivery management.
Responsibilities:
- Performs at an entry level in training delivery and support, both remote and in-person. Supports deployment of new Epic functionality.
- Provides input to Credentialed Trainers and Instructional Designers to identify and implement areas for improvement in educational materials.
- Ensures own compliance with curricula and other Presbyterian standards (for example, presentations which support diversity and inclusion standards, up-to-date Epic knowledge and skills). Provides application troubleshooting assistance for end-users.
- Incorporates critical thinking, judgment, reflective knowledge management; manages the learning experience/environment effectively employing adult learning principles, instructional program delivery skills, and curricula content knowledge.
- Participates in train-the-trainer sessions within the Department.
- Provides application troubleshooting support.
- Communicates concerns found in classroom and clinical rounding to appropriate personnel.
- Gains understanding of target audience workflows.
- Completes assigned project tasks.
