Overview:

We are CONNECTING HEALTH AND WEALTH. Come be part of remarkable.

How you can make a difference

As the Product Management Director for our Intelligent Engagement Platform at HealthEquity, you will lead the delivery and launch of an innovative health engagement and incentives solution. Our platform drives improved health outcomes for employees and health plan members by identifying the next best action for each individual and engaging them in taking that step.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to lead the creation and launch of this new solution. This role is key to defining how health accounts can drive better utilization of healthcare through personalized recommendations, benefits adoption, and the right incentives.

You will manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to customers and contribute to HealthEquity's overall growth and success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and drive the strategic vision for HealthEquity's Intelligent Engagement Platform, aligning with overall company goals and member needs.
  • Engage health plans, employers, and partners to understand the specific needs and pain points for clients and members, translating these into product requirements and features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., data science, engineering, marketing) to identify opportunities and build a roadmap that leverages our unique capabilities and advantages.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research and ideation to design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Work closely with software development teams to establish development timelines, prioritize daily progression of technical development analysis and QA.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Drive product adoption by developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously refine the platform, enhance user engagement, and optimize outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership in healthcare engagement, building a customer and user-centric development culture within the organization.
  • Support customer facing teams in discussions with clients, partners and prospects as the face of the product

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or relevant experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare engagement, benefits, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful digital products and services with a customer and user-centric approach.
  • Deep familiarity with engagement solutions and strategies, including enabling capabilities such as population segmentation, next best actions, behavioral science, healthcare journeys, benefits or care navigation, incentives and rewards, and quantifying efficacy or economic outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving goals even during periods of high demand.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and skilled in driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, improving clarity and driving momentum despite limited information.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, using data to drive decision-making and measure outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience with incentives and rewards programs in healthcare engagement.
  • Familiarity with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or reimbursement accounts.
  • Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data analytics in building personalized products.
