Job description

Our Roadshow Coordinator will work across teams to manage and maximize Capstone's marketing efforts, ensuring efficiencies as well as productivity. The Coordinator will work with our three sales teams and the research teams as trips are planned, will ensure schedules are full, eliminating conflicts and gathering the appropriate marketing materials for each trip. Our ideal candidate should be a highly organized, detail oriented person who excels at working with people and prioritizing tasks. 

  • Manage, coordinate, and optimize travel schedules for analysts across multiple sales team and the Corporate Business Development team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Corporate BD teams to ensure that trips are maximized for efficiency, combining corporate, private equity, and capital market client meetings.
  • Create and manage a 3-month, forward looking marketing schedule, adjusting based on firm priorities and client needs
  • Ensure scheduling aligns with firmwide marketing and revenue goals set by the Sales & Corporate team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of all scheduled trips, coordinating across sales and senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all Company Client travel and event requests; act as a gatekeeper to ensure alignment with broader company priorities.
  • Track and report on travel spending, ensuring cost-effectiveness and identifying opportunities for savings.
  • Work closely with Head of Sales to adjust trip plans based on company need sand objectives.
  • Provide real-time schedule updates and work with the sales teams to adjust trips as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in roadshow management, preferably in a FS and IB environment a plus
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex schedules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $80,000-$100,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool.  

This position is based in our Washington, DC office. Capstone is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
