Description

We're excited to invite applications for a full-time Director of the Employee Training Institute (ETI) to join our Workforce and Economic Advancement Division. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative training programs and make a significant impact in workforce development.

Salary And Benefits

  • This is a 12-month position on an individual contract.
  • Salary is based on experience, starting typically at steps 1, 2, or 3 (\(10,360.00 / \)10,515.00 / $10,672.00 per month).

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development and Management: Implement and oversee contract education and grant-funded workforce training programs; develop, market, and coordinate training services for various sectors.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Work closely with leadership and local workforce systems to identify training needs and create job training programs.
  • Training Program Oversight: Manage Employment Training Panel (ETP) programs, employer engagement, and compliance; oversee fast track job training programs and collaborate for workforce development.
  • Client Relations and Marketing: Create and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand offerings; develop promotional materials and utilize web-based and social media tools.
  • Grant and Proposal Management: Assist in writing grant proposals, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance; recruit and supervise subject matter experts.
  • Budget and Compliance: Manage budgets and ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations; monitor and review contracts, invoicing, and related documentation.
