About The Role

The Global Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and executing commodity sourcing strategies for local, regional, and international initiatives. This role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring contracting and procurement standards, and coordinating with other Sourcing Leads globally to maintain program continuity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies within assigned categories, including market research, stakeholder engagement, and creating effective sourcing plans.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and track key performance indicators, facilitate strategic supplier meetings, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with operations teams and internal/external clients to support daily sourcing activities, manage expectations, and ensure procurement standards are maintained.
  • Budget Management: Support service lines in all countries with budget preparation and management.
  • Global Coordination: Have insight into sourcing initiatives in all regions to report to leadership as needed.

Key Duties

  • Develop and execute commodity sourcing strategies for facility and project management services.
  • Create category plans to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries, and market insights.
  • Lead all sourcing-related functions, including due diligence, RFPs/bids, contract negotiations, and transitions to operations.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure contracting standards are followed.
  • Drive immediate and sustained benefits to clients through strategic thought leadership.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews, manage scorecards, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Support e-commerce procurement initiatives and supplier diversity programs.

Your Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Sourcing/Supply Chain field, with global experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and enhance processes and procedures.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work successfully with various stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to meet clear deadlines.

Estimated Total Compensation

\(110,000.00 - \)130,000.00 USD per year (The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
