Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Lead responsible for managing day-to-day operations and planning for a significant task order. This role requires a proactive leader with strong decision-making skills to effectively guide and integrate multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You will closely collaborate with key government personnel to ensure seamless execution across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government management personnel, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Identify and manage resources, schedules, and priorities in coordination with the Program Manager and government representatives.
  • Oversee contract services, including tasks related to the Performance Work Statement (PWS), funding, and staffing.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of large, complex projects from initiation through implementation and maintenance, focusing on cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure project activities are integrated and aligned with goals and objectives, maintaining rigorous standards for documentation and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, developing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Manage all personnel actions, including hiring, training, capability development, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure optimal resource allocation and successful execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance
  • Master's degree or 6+ years of experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, especially in distributed learning, training, and education.
  • Knowledge of network management, development, and system administration.
  • Understanding of software development processes and requirements.
  • Proven experience leading complex technical projects within cross-functional teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in contract performance analysis, ensuring proper utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.
  • Experience interfacing with government contracting personnel and senior government leadership to communicate project progress effectively.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Program or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Familiarity with government contract regulations and compliance
  • Knowledge of SCORM, cmi5, HTML5, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience in developing and maintaining computer-based training and education tools for the Department of Defense.
