We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and completion of our environmental programs for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring quality assurance and client satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures and client requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering their growth and development.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring clear communication and top-notch service.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, optimizing processes for improved efficiency.
• Analyze project data and collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders both internally and externally.
  
  

Who You Are

• A passionate and experienced professional with a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Geology, Environmental Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and eager to learn new software.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
