Position Summary
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in developing innovative technologies and solutions to improve health and human services outcomes. Work alongside a team that excels in finding creative solutions to healthcare’s most pressing challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams by overseeing and guiding small project management teams within a larger technological program.
- Manage project components including schedules, scope, budget creation, and quality control of deliverables.
- Conduct risk management by identifying and mitigating risks through regular status reporting.
- Facilitate client and team communication by managing expectations and communicating project metrics.
- Prepare and approve Statements of Work (SOW) for clients by drafting detailed documents and securing stakeholder approvals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years managing complex projects or programs related to business transformation.
- Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with methodologies such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Budget and Software Knowledge: Experience in budget development, control, and project management software.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills to motivate team members and advance objectives.
- Multitasking Abilities: Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while translating broader objectives into clear project milestones.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from \(55,600 to \)79,400. Base pay may vary based on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
