Description

We are looking for an experienced sales leader passionate about driving success. This role involves leading our dynamic West Coast team, making a real impact, and inspiring the team to achieve outstanding results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead with Vision: Provide strategic direction and daily oversight to a team of Account Executives, driving performance and managing pipeline activities effectively.
  • Strategize and Innovate: Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence, identifying new business opportunities and creating innovative plans to address client needs.
  • Build and Foster Relationships: Strengthen client relationships and support growth initiatives by engaging with key clients and prospects, leading efforts to enter new markets.
  • Manage and Mentor: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, guiding them in identifying, targeting, and securing new clients.
  • Achieve and Exceed Goals: Oversee the customer portfolio to meet and surpass revenue, profit, and contribution targets while building meaningful relationships at the executive level to enhance our brand and capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in direct sales and sales management within the IT services industry, with a proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving targets.
  • Skills: Strong capability in developing and closing new business, expertise in IT services and technology, alongside excellent leadership and organizational skills, particularly in managing remote teams.
