This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

The team is responsible for implementing and maintaining our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes and solutions. The candidate will act as the technical expert building out new architectures and strategies around Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

This candidate will be experienced in implementing IGA for a large enterprise, with a focus on information security to align identity management to policies and procedures. In this role, the individual is encouraged to contribute to the overall evolution of the program, execution roadmap and alignment with the rest of the GoDaddy platforms to provide a secure and unified experience. What you'll get to do...

Promote a positive security culture for the organisation by protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and assets while assisting the company to successfully meet its strategic goals. The role holder will contribute to the engineering, implementation, and maintenance of security processes and solutions throughout the enterprise according to policy and risk. This role also supports the development, and maintenance of the security environment and architecture to ensure the assets are protected.

Be a champion to their team and other business units to promote a secure organisation through positive knowledge sharing, training, influence, and conduct. Serve as a member of the Information Security team providing expertise from various IT subject areas with focus in information security.

  • Develop comprehensive IGA architecture that integrates with existing IT systems and supports scalability and flexibility
  • Lead the implementation of IGA solutions, including configuring identity workflows, access controls, and integration with other IT systems (IAM, HR systems, etc.)
  • Ensure IGA solutions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and industry best practices
  • Continuously optimise IGA processes and systems to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, installation guides, and operational procedures
  • Foster strong collaboration among team members at GoDaddy by providing support and knowledge about security risks
  • Develop enterprise-grade high-availability solutions, running sophisticated arrangements of operating systems, including system updates, log analysis, access controls, and backup

Your experience should include...

  • 7 + years of IT experience, showcasing your proven expertise in the field
  • 3+ years of Information Security, demonstrating your deep understanding and knowledge of securing critical information
  • Extensive experience with SailPoint or comparable solutions
  • Experience leading the engineering, implementation, and maintenance of solutions throughout the enterprise, according to policy and risk assessments
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating and maintaining IGA solutions on an enterprise scale, ensuring a comprehensive and detailed approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to collaborate successfully with other groups and effectively convey sophisticated technical concepts
  • Strong ability to handle evolving and complicated objectives, adapting to changing circumstances and successfully implementing solutions
  • Proficient English skills – both verbal and written

You might also have...

  • CISSP, Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner or similar certifications is a plus
